Rossopomodoro, a slice of Italy's best, makes its Asian debut at SM Mall of Asia

Rossopomodoro's grand opening at SM Mall of Asia began with a pizza-cutting ceremony, honoring Italian ancestry and flavor and ushering in a new gastronomic adventure for Filipino diners.  Under the supervision of Italian pizzaiolos, guests got their hands dirty as they learned how to make the ideal bite-sized Neapolitan dough from scratch. As one of the most well-known pizzerias in the world, Rossopomodoro takes pride in its long-standing culinary traditions and use only the best, freshest ingredients to create its pizzas, pastas, and Italian specialties. 

In a lively atmosphere with free-flowing cocktails, live DJ music, and a feast of Rossopomodoro's renowned specialty dishes, guests enjoyed their senses.  The Pizza Reginella pleased with its fresh basil and extra virgin olive oil, while the Pizza Verace, topped with San Marzano tomatoes and creamy mozzarella di bufala, offered the deep, traditional flavors of Naples.  The Linguine Gamberi e Limone, a meal that truly embodies Italy's finest culinary traditions, provided pasta fans with a bright, zesty blend of delicious shrimp and citrus-infused olive oil.

With the opening of its first location in Asia, Rossopomodoro joins the growing number of first-in-market eating concepts that have decided to call the Philippines home.
