The Jollibee Group named as one of the “World’s Best Companies” for two consecutive years by the prestigious TIME Magazine.

After being named to TIME Magazine's prestigious "World's Best Companies" list for the second year in a row, the Jollibee Group's global standing continues to rise.

Key Dimensions of the Ranking
Statista, a global data and business intelligence platform, evaluated companies on three key dimensions: employee satisfaction, revenue growth, and sustainability transparency, also known as Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG). The final ranking score of a maximum of 100 points was calculated by adding the scores from all three dimensions at an equal percentage. The 1,000 companies with the highest scores were named the World's Best Companies for 2024.

The Jollibee Group received a score of 84.81, indicating "very high" revenue growth. In 2023, the company's net income increased by 16% to PHP8.8 billion, while total revenues rose by 15.2% to PHP244.1 billion. Its systemwide sales reached PHP343.32 billion, an all-time high with a 16.3% increase.

The Jollibee Group's strengthened People Agenda was critical to its record business performance, which included consecutive best-ever years in 2022 and 2023. The company remains committed to creating a work environment that prioritizes not only employee satisfaction and safety, but also their development and well-being. The Company's dedicated People Agenda ensures engagement at multiple levels, from the individual to those around them, as well as the company and community.

In 2023, the Jollibee Group launched Joy for Tomorrow, a global sustainability agenda built on three pillars: food, people, and the planet. Employee Welfare is a top priority under the People pillar, with initiatives like Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, and Diversity & Inclusion aimed at improving people's lives. These efforts are consistent with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), highlighting the Group's overarching mission to effect positive and long-term change.

Earlier this year, the Jollibee Group received the Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award for the third time, recognizing its high employee engagement and robust corporate culture. Notably, the Jollibee Group remains the only Philippine-based company to have received this prestigious honor.
