Some of these delectable treats are included in the wonderful spread: Kinilaw na Maya-maya, Pinoy Style Caesar Salad, Chorizo & Citrus Chicken Jus, Sous-vide Lengua Pastel, Lamb Shank Caldereta, Sisig, Crispy Pork Belly with Macadamia Kare-kare Sauce, and Deconstructed Halo-halo are just a few of the dishes that can be found at this buffet.
Island hopping is one of El Nido's main activities. The novelty of having their lunch prepared and delivered at any of their stops is something that visitors can appreciate. Although this has been the norm for a considerable amount of time, it still has a long way to go in terms of quality, presentation, and serving. By going above and beyond, the Celebrity Chef Series hopes to elevate this level of service. On top of a well-organized menu, food will be served hot and new, with visitors being OK with a comfortable table set-up, finishing the ideal island experience.
