FINESSA AESTHETICA - LIPO LASER TREATMENT

KATIPUNAN - WHITEPLAINS BRANCH
I'll be very honest here like everyone else, I was interested in losing some inches from here to there of my body which well have a lot of excess fats hehehe. But at the same time was afraid to undergo surgeries and anything that needs to cut and slice some parts of my body.
Yes I can manage to do exercise from jogging there and running here and the most famous one Diet but indeed it is hard to reduce. Yet it isn't enough and we all know there is always ways and room for a better improvement.
When i heard that there will be an event at Finessa Aesthetica were Bloggers get to try their services well I got excited to try out their Lipo Laser, although I was somewhat kinda skeptical to try it.

Ela, the one who assisted me explained about the Lipo Laser procedure that it is designed for body contouring and fat reduction with the help of the heat from the machine.
Why I love the Lipo Laser Treatment? Because to my surprise the treatment are not only pain free and non surgical, but at the same time very relaxing which i felt asleep during the procedure. And very importantly it works because as you can see from the before and after record i lost about 3 inches small number but hey that's already an achievement.....
Ok let me share a little background of how does it work based from my experience. Four electric blue lightning something being placed on my tummy which i believe is the one responsible for shaking and heating my fat cells without harming my skin.
It took me almost an hour lying in bed while the Lipo Laser was working on my tummy fats... and yes i feel asleep and that means it is relaxing, I didn't even felt that it is sweating inside... So after the procedure Ela measured my tummy again to see what the results were.
Here is a picture of the actual record that Ela wrote my measurements on before and after....
My judgement about the Lipo Laser Treatment well what would have taken me for a lot of sweats and stretching of exercise and dieting, I achieved in just an hour after experiencing the treatment. I would definitely be willing to have an additional treatments since of course the treatment is in session and I would also want my arms to have it lipo laser as well....
Overall, I would suggest and patronize the procedure to anyone who is having hard time losing weight no matter what how hard they exercise and do the diet way.

ALASKA TOURNAMENT FOR JR. NBA AND JR. WNBA COVERAGE AT BENGUET STATE UNIVERSITY, BAGUIO CITY

THE PARTICIPANTS AND COACHES OF ALASKA TOURNAMENT FOR
JR. NBA & JR. WNBA COVERAGE AT BENGUET STATE UNIVERSITY, BAGUIO CITY

HOW FAR WILL YOU GO TO FOLLOW YOUR DREAM
TO BECOME A BASKETBALL STAR
It was my first time to ever be part of Alaska Tournament for Jr. NBA and Jr. WNBA and my seeing the kids may it be boys or girls. Lets face it Basketball is not an easy game because it is full of challenges and determination it is not a sports for everyone. But during the audition i witnessed a lot of kids "Wanting" to be one of the lucky contestants to be part of it and did all the challenges i could ever imagine doing at their age.

Held February 20-21, 2016 at Benguet State University, Baguio City. The First Regional taken place in Baguio City one of four tip off other locations are Manila, Cebu and Davao.
When i first enter the venue i saw a lot of aspiring kids falling in line from different ages and different heights, dreaming and hoping to be one of the winner for their region both boys and girls.

I know that Basketball has always been a boy/man game thing but seeing girls wanting to be part of it is really an outstanding thing, and there are a lot of girls who fall in line did all the training and got the skills for the audition. One of the girls who i interviewed said "If boys can do so are we, we would like to prove as well that we can also play basketball and that girls can also excel in it...."

I had the opportunity to have a moment to interview one of the coaches Craig Brown (Jr. NBA Head Coach) for Alaska JRNBA and JRWNBA.
As well as one of the legends in PBA, Jeff Cariaso (Alaska Power Camp Coach) for Alaska JRNBA and JRWNBA.

The Boys and Girls had different challenges that they went thru in order for the coaches to determine if they got the Star Quality to win for their Region. Few of the skills includes Dribbling, High Shot Shooting, Speed Layup, Passing, Agility Station and a lot more to mention....

HERE ARE THE VIDEOS WHICH SHOWS DIFFERENT CHALLENGES THAT THE BOYS AND GIRLS WENT THRU FROM THE AUDITION!

Going thru the auditions and or try outs is not an easy thing to do because Basketball must be taken seriously, you've got to be strong enough and full of strength and one of the best way to have those qualifications is by drinking ALASKA in your daily life because with Alaska Idol sa Energy para sa Bilis at Liksi it has 20+ essential nutrients.
Winning is everything is joining any contest but of course the most important thing along the process is gaining friends and experiences. I hope a lot of the aspiring contestants had gained knowledge on what to do next year once they joined the audition again and bring along their friends as well whoever they meet during the tournament.
As the saying goes No man is an island...  Indeed.

Here are the list of the kids who were chosen to push thru for the next round:
 Alaska Jr. WNBA Finalist
 Alaska Jr. NBA Finalist

And goes on the next day in which the finals will be chosen and selected but only those with "Star NBA Quality" will push thru.

HERE ARE SOME OF THE SCENES DURING THE 2ND DAY OF THE TOURNAMENT!

One of the best thing also during the Alaska Tournament is having THE GANG which includes Mommy Lariza, Ate Cie, Ate Lani (Sexy), Ate Lani (Kulot), Ate Leira (I mean you know), Nathalie (na iniwan ako sa session road kaya ako nadapa) hahaha and Binibining Allan hehehe.... And of course super Thankful to Ms. Vhimz (Super Cool) hehehe and Ms. Sasa and her sister as well as all the other staff who became a part of the Alaska Tournament... Pahabol pati sa Birthday Boy (Rumours Shot) hehehe.

We stayed in a beautiful (not scary) Supreme Hotel just near Benaguet State University and just perfect for a few rides to Strawberry Farm where we got the chance to have a few hours to buy some or should I say a lot (minsan lang eto eh) hehehe.

I know we are all different individuals with different attitudes and kaechusan sa buhay but it was yes it was surprising that we all colide with each other (echus).

Furthermore here are some of the photos with The Gang, i hope it will be forever remind the Gang about our experiences and being privileged to be part of the Alaska Tours. I miss the laughters and scary stories alogn the way (haist Ate Lani kulot hehehe).

HEROES UNITE: BENEFIT CONCERT AND MEDIA LAUNCH

10 Pesos Is All You Need To Send A Scholar To School
I Love Rock N Roll and Alternative local bands and seeing them live and performing is indeed a wishful thinking yet it happened. And to my surprise they are had the concert for such a wonderful and very goodhearted advocacy and that has something to do with education.
Can you just imagine Local bands gathering to help humankind to go to school and that is only for Php 10.00 pesos a year, YES A YEAR... But if course if you're humble and kind heart enough to help and or donate more it would be much better and well appreciated.

THE PHILIPPINE LOCAL BANDS WHO PERFORMED:

 MOJOFLY
 SIX PART INVENTION
PARALUMAN

We all want to help people in need yet we feel we don't have the large resources to build schools and institutions that will help the needy, who if given the opportunity would potentially be productive citizen in the future that will also help their families out of poverty.

We can actually be all HEROES, be a powerful agent of change with just 10 pesos. Yes, the cost of your merienda, your fare, a bottle of soft drink, and a wide variety we usually spend or sometimes gets lost yet we just let it go easily. Why not use the same amount to send a student to quality schools. This project is called the HEROES PROJECT, spearheaded by musician Mike Chan, along with his OPM friends brought together an advocacy that brings their passion and the mission to provide education to deserving students.

Joining the cause if very easy by just texting HEROES to 3456. The proceeds go directly to the partner schools of Heroes Project and will be divided equally among all the scholars of Heroes.

They started with 20 scholarships, then 40 in 2015, hopefully with everybody's help, they can send 80 kids to school by 2016, 160 scholars in 2017 so on. Eventually, when we have enough Filipinos donating 10 pesos yearly, we will be able to send to school every Filipino that wants an education.

Education should be a right of every Filipino child and should not be denied just because their families lack funds and the government cannot yet effectively find a permanent solution to this problem. We do not need to wait for other countries or our government to help our youth. We can all do ourselves and all it takes is just Php 10.00 from each of us a year. Remember, if only 2% of the Filipino people will donate, we will already have succeeded for this year and can look forward to sending more and more kids to school every year!

To raise the awareness of the cause, they conducted free concerts in various locations which brings the best OPM artists to the stage to show support for Heroes Project. Bands like Hale, Mayonaise, Mojofly, Paraluman, MYMP, Mike Chan and the Anthems are some of the growing list of artists performing for Heroes Project.

You can be part of this movement and pave a positive change for our society. Donate now, share your experience, and join in the conversation with the hashtags #WeAreAllHeroes and #PayItForward. Don't forget to like their facebook page for more information about the project and share it to more people.

Php 10.00 is All You Need To Send A Scholar To School. Just by texting HEROES to 3456. Donate now and help someone have the privilege to get an education for a better future.
We indeed can all be heroes!
