Celebrating achievements in 2024 with Camella, the biggest homebuilder in the nation

Under the direction of Vista Land, the top integrated real estate developer in the Philippines, Camella marks a year of significant milestones. The business emphasizes its commitment to developing developments that take into account family and community life while maintaining a strong focus on fostering customer loyalty.

Camella in Provence earned the 2024 Best Mixed-Use Development in Luzon following its resounding wins at the Lamudi The Outlook 2023: Philippine Real Estate Awards, where it was named Best Developer in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao and Best Premium House in Visayas and Mindanao. The honor validated Camella's achievements over almost 50 years, as well as its extensive influence and superiority throughout the archipelago.

In its 47th anniversary, Camella honored the countless families who have found their forever homes within its communities. Centering on the theme ’Celebrating 47 Years: Stories of Success with Camella’, the weeklong nationwide festivities reflected the gratitude of the company for the sense of belonging and shared success in Filipino communities. Camella extended the celebration online with an interactive digital activity called ‘Your Home, Your Story: Share Your Inspiring Journey to Homeownership’, where participants shared their personal journeys toward owning a home. 'The Ultimate Trivia Challenge: Camella Trivia Quiz' offered a fun platform for new and longtime followers to test their knowledge about the rich history of Camella.

Through Camella HomeDASH, Filipinos rushed to own forever homes. This all-in-one platform streamlines the home-buying process by providing a number of unique packages catered to the various needs and budgets of Filipinos, regardless of whether they are looking for lot-only, non-ready-for-occupancy (NRFO), or ready-for-occupancy (RFO) properties.

During Earth Hour 2024, Camella also reaffirmed its commitment to environmental stewardship by launching the "Environmentally Resilient Communities for Our Shared Home" campaign. The campaign, in collaboration with PAVI Green, included community-wide activities like tree planting, clean-up drives, and a symbolic turning off of unnecessary lights, as well as a webinar on the critical role that corporate carbon reduction plays in addressing climate change. These initiatives illustrated our shared obligation to promote sustainable and ecologically aware communities. Camella arranged its yearly Easter celebration, called "Egg-citing Easter," inviting local communities to join in on the joyous occasion. Families flocked to Camella communities across the country to participate, demonstrating the company's commitment to fostering family ties and making enduring memories for its citizens. In an effort to strengthen communities and connect Camella communities with Filipinos across the country, several campaigns were also started. Through the "Make Your Moms Smile (MOMS)" and "Dear Awesome Dad (DAD)" campaigns, which showcased children's affection and gratitude for their parents on digital media, the joys of parenthood were celebrated.

The Christmas celebrations, themed Around the Islands highlighted the various customs that characterize the holidays in various parts of the nation. It is also the ideal chance for professional Filipinos living abroad to get back together with their loved ones, who make sacrifices to give them better lives. No season is as lovely, solemn, and joyous as the Filipino Christmas, and for many Filipinos, there is no family like the one that awaits them back home, despite the difficulties of being away from home. A digital art competition, appropriately named "A Canvas of Unbreakable Bonds," was the event's artistic high point. Contestants created original digital artwork that captured the spirit of family in Filipino culture.

As 2024 comes to a close, Camella remains focused on crafting living spaces and experiences homeowners can call their own.
