Jollibee Group Recognized with Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award for the third time.
Jollibee Group, a homegrown restaurant company, has received the Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award (GEWA) for the third time in 2024. This award recognizes the company's dedication to people engagement as an essential component of its business strategy. The Jollibee Group is the first and only Philippine company to receive the award.
The GEWA covers 2.7 million employees in 100,000 teams across the globe. It is based on Gallup's extensive and rigorous workplace research and recognizes world-class organizations that have integrated engagement into their workplace culture.
