Lenten Season is happening soon and Panda Express®—the world’s largest American Chinese dining concept—has you covered with delicious options including its newest savory dish, Kung Pao Fish. Available for a limited time only, this seafood-based option will be available on the menu starting March 11 and is exclusively created for Panda Express in the Philippines.

Kung Pao Fish is inspired by a classic Panda entrée, Kung Pao Chicken. It is a classic American Chinese dish with Sichuan flavors, packed with vegetables, spices and different textures. Panda Express puts its own unique spin on the dish by using lightly breaded boneless fish, a wide variety of freshly cut vegetables along with crunchy peanuts, all tossed in a flavorful sauce with a kick.

This newest menu addition will be available in all participating Panda Express store locations including: 

• Don Antonio and SM North EDSA in Quezon City
• SM Megamall in Mandaluyong
• SM Grand Central in Caloocan
• Robinsons Place Mall in Manila
• Double Dragon Meridian Park in Pasay

Aside from Kung Pao Fish, guests can try a variety of other plant and seafood-based entrees that fit their dietary needs. Panda’s Eggplant Tofu is a must-try entree made with fresh eggplants, bell peppers, and protein-rich tofu, wok-tossed in a sweet and spicy sauce. Another guest favorite is Honey Walnut Shrimp, made with large tempura-battered shrimp, wok-tossed in a sweet honey sauce and topped with glazed walnuts.
