As an advocate of sustainability and road safety, Allianz PNB Life Insurance, Inc. has recently partnered with the San Juan City Government to promote biking as an alternative transportation solution for the public. Allianz unveils the design of the bike safety infrastructure project with San Juan, which will include the country’s first state-of-the-art public bike pit stop. Both parties raise awareness of biker safety and biking as a sustainable transportation alternative. Allianz PNB Life has found another sustainability partner as the German Embassy Manila joined its Ride Safe campaign, which seeks to promote biker safety and green mobility.
Through this initiative, Allianz is providing the City of San Juan with new protected on-road cycling facilities, such as bollards and safety signs, as well as the country’s first solar-powered bike pit stop.
