McDonald’s Philippines through its charity arm RMHC call for donations for Taal Volcano eruption victims

One hundred McDonald’s stores in Metro Manila will start accepting donations in-kind starting January 16 to 25

McDonald’s Philippines opens its doors to receive donations for the benefit of the communities affected by the recent natural calamity through the Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) Bigay Tulong program. Starting January 16 until January 25, 2020, customers can visit select 100 stores in Manila to give their donations.

Participating stores will have a box located in the lobby area where donations could be dropped off. Customers are highly encouraged to donate the following items: blankets, face masks, canned goods (preferably easy to open), bottled water, biscuits, medicines, rice, and sleeping mats.

McDonald’s Philippines, through the Ronald McDonald House Charities, has partnered with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) to aid in the distribution of donations to the evacuation centers.
