There are many great life-long benefits of swimming and plenty of wonderful reasons to start early. Swimming lessons are also great for promoting teamwork, trust in others and bonding with friends, parents or siblings. Research has shown that early swimmers perform better socially and academically, and that swimming from an early age. I didn't find the opportunity to figure out how to swim when I was young that is the reason I can just swim the straightforward way. During the Mommies and Titas Swim Day with Bert Lozada Swim Event, I get the opportunity to learn 1 strategy that I am hesitant to do and I was astonished to know it's only simple to do or should I say I got a decent mentor from Bert Lozada Swim School who calmly shows me the tips on the most proficient method to swim up above underneath without suffocating 'coz I just realized how to swim beneath the water.

I got the opportunity to hold on one of my blogger friend's daughter Leila, for the baby category swimming lesson and it was astonishing to see each child get so energized in the water and fun-loving while the mommies and Tita's are likewise anxious to figure out how to swim and know different strategies.

I believe that if you got a well trained, good and patient coach you will surely learn and I experienced that at Bert Lozada Swim School they know precisely what they're doing and how to adapt up to what you need and what you have to improve to even your dread of getting further on the pool. The children are fortunate to be available during the exercise since they can improve more their swimming abilities from what they have realized during their workshop or swimming exercise.
Program for Babies
(6 months to 3 years old)
An aquatic program designed to teach parents and children to be familiar with the water. This program will prepare your infant/toddler physically, psychologically and socially for more structured swimming lessons later in life. Parents will enjoy swimming with their babies and get familiar with the water together through fun and safe activities.

Program for Kids
4 years old and above
Proper breathing techniques and stroke correction for adults with or without any background in swimming. Bert Lozada Swim School's comprehensive can teach an absolute beginner both survival skills and sound swimming skills in the four main swimming strokes. This program graduates into 6 levels as the swimmer develops his/her skills and begin to enjoy the sport more competitively.

Swim Squad
Age 5 years old and above
A pre-competitive swim program with supervised coaching, open to individuals who can swim all four strokes (freestyle, butterfly, breaststroke, backstroke).
Being able to rely on yourself, not on the bottom or the side of the pool for your safety. If you're afraid or not comfortable in the water, this is the PERFECT PROGRAM for you.
